What is the ruling on the aforementioned supplication, recited verbatim? Is it permissible to seek help through it, knowing that part of it was narrated from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and are its meanings good and not aggressive?

A servant may supplicate with whatever he wishes, as long as it does not involve transgression. The supplication mentioned is, Allah willing, unobjectionable. However, before making the request, one should begin by praising Allah and extolling Him, then sending blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as stated in the Hadith. And if you were to replace your phrase: "nor do I look except to the truth, nor do I listen except to the truth" with: "nor do I look at what You have forbidden, nor do I listen to what You have forbidden," it would be better.
