If you swore not to enter a specific website because it contains alluring or horror films, then you are not permitted to enter it. If you do enter, you have broken your oath, and expiation is due. If these films are removed from the website, then you are permitted to enter it, and you will not have broken your oath. However, if you suspect another reason for the oath, it is not considered. You are permitted to enter other websites to watch permissible clips, even if they are from the same platform you swore about (e.g., YouTube), provided that your intention at the time of the oath did not include these permissible clips.
