It is not permissible to publish clips and pictures that display the indecency of women, due to what they contain of spreading indecency, spying, and prying into private matters, all of which are forbidden by explicit texts in the Qur’an and Sunnah. Whoever loves that indecency should be spread will have a painful torment, and whoever pries into the private matters of Muslims, Allah will pry into his private matters and expose him. It is obligatory to advise those in charge of forums that publish such content, and if they persist, then it is obligatory to leave them and search for righteous forums.
