Must the wife return to sleep beside her husband against her will so that he stops watching indecent things, which he has grown accustomed to over two years of their separation in sleep due to the husband's inability to tolerate the infant's crying, especially with her fear that the husband might leave the room under the pretext of not leaving the son to sleep alone?

One must repent to Allah for spying on the husband. He should also be advised gently and kindly regarding his viewing of what is impermissible, and the sanctity of looking at what displeases Allah should be clarified. As for the husband sleeping with his wife in the same bed, it is recommended unless there is an excuse. It is permissible to separate the infant into his own bed as long as no harm comes to him. It is advisable for spouses to sleep together in one bed due to the good companionship and intimacy it fosters.
