If some people are given fruits from a tree in which the uncles share and which is not the exclusive property of the questioner, the ruling depends on the permission of the tree's owners, whether the permission is explicit or customary. If their consent is known, then there is no harm. However, if their disapproval is known or there is doubt about their consent, then it is not permissible to dispose of [the fruits], and it is obligatory to return their right to them or seek their forgiveness.
