Is the wife required to continue veiling herself from her paternal uncles' and paternal aunts' sons after it has become clear that they were suckled by her, or have they become her mahrams, taking into consideration the corruption of the times?

The breastfeeding that establishes the prohibitory relationship (mahramiyyah) is that which occurs five or more times, as stated in the authentic narration from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: "Among what was revealed in the Qur'an was 'ten known breastfeedings establish the prohibitory relationship,' then it was abrogated by 'five known breastfeedings.' So, when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away, this was among what was recited from the Qur'an." (Narrated by Muslim)

And the 'known breastfeeding' is when the child sucks the breast and drinks the milk, regardless of whether it is a little or a lot, as long as it reaches his stomach. If the milk reaches his stomach through a tube or by being poured into his mouth, this is also considered a breastfeeding.
