Should one stay away from a girl who seems unbalanced and is treated as a colleague, not a friend, while observing Hijab in front of her?

We advise you to stay away from this girl and those like her, for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed effeminate men and masculine women. If you are able to advise her, enjoin good upon her, forbid evil from her, and clarify these hadiths to her, that would be better.
