Is it permissible to perform tayammum with pure earth due to a wet dream and being late for work, while fearing sickness and perishing?

One who experiences a wet dream and ejaculates semen must perform ghusl (ritual bath) for prayer. It is not permissible to resort to tayammum (dry ablution) except when water is unavailable or there is fear of harm from using it. If one wakes up in a state of janabah (major ritual impurity) and fears harm from the cold weather, it is obligatory to warm the water if possible, even if the prayer time expires. However, if one cannot find anything to warm the water, then tayammum is permissible. Fear of being late for work is not considered an excuse to permit tayammum. One who performs tayammum without a valid excuse must repeat the prayer.
