Is it permissible to perform tayammum for prayer upon remembering a wet dream and being unable to perform ghusl?

If one experiences a wet dream and ejaculates semen, ghusl (ritual bath) becomes obligatory. Tayammum (dry ablution) is not permissible except when water is unavailable or if using it would cause harm, as Allah Almighty says: (ولا جنبًا إلا عابري سبيل حتى تغتسلوا وإن كنتم مرضى أو على سفر أو جاء أحد منكم من الغائط أو لامستم النساء فلم تجدوا ماء فتيمموا صعيدًا طيبًا فامسحوا بوجوهكم وأيديكم إن الله كان عفوًا غفورًا) "Nor as جنباً (in a state of sexual defilement), except those passing through (a mosque), till you have bathed. And if you are ill or on a journey, or one of you comes from Al-Gha'it (defecation) or you have been in contact with women (i.e. sexual intercourse) and you find no water, then perform Tayammum with clean earth and rub therewith your faces and hands. Truly, Allah is Ever Oft-Pardoning, Oft-Forgiving." Tayammum performed out of shyness or fear of missing congregational prayer is not valid. The prayers performed with such Tayammum before ghusl must be repeated.
