What is the ruling on saying "Allah is beautiful and Muhammad is more beautiful" with the intention of praise, and then immediately retracting it?

This statement is dangerous, and its author is excused for their mistake and slip of the tongue, just as happened with the Companion who erred out of extreme joy and said: "O Allah, You are my slave and I am Your Lord." Error is something for which one is excused, and the one who uttered the phrase should seek forgiveness.
