What is the ruling on a strange woman touching a man unintentionally in a crowd, or her touching him intentionally in jest without his consent, and does sin fall upon the man if he rebukes her afterwards?

A man touching a non- woman is forbidden, and a severe warning has been issued concerning theam for one who does it intentionally. As for the one who does it forgetfully or is in a similar category, there is no sin upon him. A woman touching a non-mahram man is forbidden, even if done playfully. If he condemns the evil and strives to avoid its occurrence, there is no sin upon him.
