Is saying, "Praise be to God, my Lord has taken everything from me and given me health," considered mockery of God and ingratitude for His blessings if said with the intent of humor?

This phrase contains ill manners towards Allah and ungratefulness for His blessings. Its intention for laughter and amusement does not justify it. However, by itself, it does not reach the level of mockery of Allah.
