What is the solution for not remembering all the recommended intentions when performing ablution (wudu') or going to the mosque?

The person performing ablution is not required to intend anything other than the intention of ablution itself, such as lifting impurity or making permissible what is otherwise impermissible without it. If one performs ablution seeking Allah's pleasure, their sins will fall away, even if they did not specifically intend that. This also applies to the reward of increasing the number of Muslims and listening to the Imam's recitation. If a Muslim prays in congregation, they receive the reward for congregational prayer, even if they had no other intention. Some scholars have held that a Muslim is rewarded for good deeds even without a specific intention, content with their general aim for good and seeking obedience to Allah. Among the virtues of congregational prayer are training in improving recitation, demonstrating the rituals of Islam, vexing Satan, cooperating in obedience, energizing the lazy, being safe from the characteristic of hypocrisy, having good assumptions, returning the Imam's greeting, benefiting from supplication and remembrance, fostering harmony among neighbors, and mutual care at prayer times.
