We pray that you are rewarded if you convey a or statement from the scholars to the questioner without any personal from your side. Therefore, if a Muslim is asked about something he knows concerning religious matters, he should answer, and he should attribute what he says to a trustworthy scholar so that the questioner feels reassured. However, if he does not know, he should stop and not speak without knowledge.
