What is the appropriate action toward one who says "Ameen" and "Allah Akbar" loudly after the Imam during Qunut supplication in Fajr prayer, thereby disturbing concentration?

If the qunut in the Fajr prayer is due to a calamity, then the fundamental principle is that the supplication should be made with humility, reverence, and meekness, without clamor or noise, as Allah Almighty says: "Call upon your Lord with humility and in private. Indeed, He does not like aggressors." And it is not legislated for the ma'mum (follower) to do more than say ameen. What the man is doing is an error, and he should be advised gently and kindly, and the words of the people of knowledge should be explained to him.
