How is the inheritance divided among: (one full brother), (seven full nephews), (a husband), and (one half-sister from the father's side)?

If the heirs are limited to the husband and a full brother, then the husband receives half as a prescribed share due to the absence of a lineal descendant, and the remainder goes to the full brother by ta'sib (residuary heirship). As for the sister by the father and the sons of the full brother, they do not inherit due to the presence of a full brother. Issues of inheritance must be referred to the Sharia courts to verify all rights, debts, and bequests before division.
