It is forbidden for a wife to request a divorce without a legitimate Shar'i excuse. She must repent for harming her husband and treat him kindly. It is not permissible for a husband to prevent his wife from conceiving without her consent. If a husband suspends divorce upon multiple conditions using the conjunction "and" (waw), the divorce does not occur unless all conditions are met, unless his intention was for the divorce to occur upon the fulfillment of some of them. The wife is advised to treat her husband kindly, explain her right to conceive, and seek help from someone who can influence him.
