Is it permissible to dissolve a partnership for land investment with a brother who acts without the partner's consent and demands payment from him, especially after he refused to dissolve the partnership on the pretext that the idea was his? And what are the Sharia conditions for dissolving this partnership?

According to the majority of scholars, a partnership contract is revocable, meaning either partner has the right to dissolve it whenever they wish, even after the assets have been managed. However, the Hanafis hold that the dissolution of a partnership is not effective until the other partner is informed. In contrast, the Malikis view a partnership contract as binding, and its binding nature continues until the assets become cash or the work is completed. The preponderant opinion is that a partnership contract is binding until the work is completed and the assets are converted into cash, in order to prevent disputes and avoid harm.
