Do the deceased's brother's sons inherit if he only has two daughters and one sister?

The two daughters' share of the inheritance is two-thirds. The sister becomes an 'asaba (agnate heir) with the daughters, so she takes what remains of the inheritance after the daughters' share. The sons of the brothers have no share in this inheritance, because the sisters are 'asaba to the daughters, and one does not deviate from them to a more distant 'asaba like the brother's son or the paternal uncle.
