The basic principle is that working in travel and tourism companies is permissible as long as their services do not include anything prohibited by Islamic law. The worker must be careful not to directly engage in something forbidden or assist in it. If their field of work is permissible, there is no harm in it. However, it is better to move to a job that is free from any doubt, in accordance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Leave what makes you doubt for what does not make you doubt."
