Is it permissible to increase the agreed-upon price of the land with its owner in the contract to obtain a larger subsidy?

You must fulfill the condition of the company that lent the money, and spend the entire amount on purchasing the land. It is not permissible to buy the land with only part of the price and write a higher price in the contract, because that is deception, falsehood, and a breach of the condition. It is obligatory to adhere to the condition, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
