If your husband completely abandons prayer and utters blasphemous phrases, it is not permissible for you to remain with him. Your family does not have the right to force you to return to him. If he does not repent, then it is obligatory for you to separate from him. If your family cannot be convinced, then take your case to the judiciary to separate you.
