Is it permissible for an agency that sells apartments in installments to increase the agreed-upon selling price after the contract due to the rise in building material prices?

This sale is impermissible because it is a condition for a sale that the price be known in a way that prevents dispute, due to the prohibition of gharar (uncertainty) in sales. If the price is unknown, the sale is invalid without any difference of opinion.
