Does a wife become forbidden to her husband after his absence from her for a period of four years?

If a man does not divorce his wife, or a judge does not divorce her due to his absence or his cessation of financial support, then she remains his wife. Neither absence alone nor the cessation of financial support constitutes a divorce. No one has the right to prevent a man from his wife, but the wife has the right to demand from him the financial support for the period during which he did not provide for her.
