The cure for whisperings () is to disregard them and pay them no mind. It is permissible for someone afflicted by whisperings to adopt the easiest rulings to alleviate hardship and repel difficulty. Thus, there is no harm in following the opinion that the emission of prostatic fluid () does not invalidate the fast at all, and that the entry of something into the vagina does not invalidate the fast. When in doubt about whether something has occurred that necessitates breaking the fast, adhere to the original principle, which is the validity of the fast, and do not pay attention to doubts.
