Is it permissible for a woman to go to a resort for recreation with her children, and not for tourism?
Allah the Almighty has permitted Muslim women to go out for their needs, provided they adhere to His limits: without ostentation (tabarruj), without perfume, without unlawful mixing with men, without looking at their private parts, and without being present in places of iniquity. Today's resorts violate Allah's sacred limits, slaughter chastity, expose private parts, and men and women mix there in nudity and vulgarity that no religion or good character would approve. Therefore, it is not permissible for a believing woman to intend to go there. However, if resorts are found to be free from these prohibitions, then there is no objection to a Muslim woman going to them with her .
