Does a fasting person break their fast if they unintentionally see pornographic images, while immediately trying to avert their gaze?

If you did not intend to open a page containing forbidden images, and you immediately lowered your gaze upon their appearance, then there is no sin upon you, and it does not affect your fast. This is based on the Almighty’s saying: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [only for] what your hearts intended." As for intentionally looking at forbidden images, it diminishes the reward of the fast but does not invalidate it according to the majority of scholars. It is emphasized that one must avoid unlawful acts such as lying, backbiting, and slander, for all of these wound the fast and decrease its reward.
