There is no harm in earning a living from an internet café if you observe the Sharia (definition) guidelines, by not allowing access to forbidden websites. The sin falls upon whoever accesses them without your knowledge. You can inform customers of the terms of use. It is permissible to inform your partner that a customer has accessed forbidden websites, so that a condition can be set for them not to do so, while still concealing their identity. It is advisable to counsel whoever does so to fear Allah with wisdom and good admonition.
