What is the meaning of "هسم ريماز" (Hasm Rimaz)?

Hasm means breaking, and it is mentioned in Lisan al-Arab: "Hassama al-shay'a yahsimuhu hasman: he broke it." And Al-Hasoom are those who cauterize.
As for Rimaz, no meaning was found for it in Arabic dictionaries, and it is likely an foreign word from other languages.
