Does a divorce take place by saying "you are divorced" while studying the pronouncements of divorce online and repeating them when the wife's image comes to mind unintentionally, and does it take place when one reviews these pronouncements to oneself out of obsessive doubt?

Divorce does not take effect if its pronouncement is in the manner of recounting or studying, not with the intention of creating it. Therefore, divorce does not take effect in this case. One should turn away from obsessive thoughts, seek Allah's help, and supplicate to be rid of them.
