Is reading only the Seven Deliverers (al-Sab’ al-Munjiyat) considered an abandonment of the Holy Qur’an?

There is no শরিয়াহ (Islamic law) evidence to prove the existence of seven surahs or verses called "Al-Munjiyat" (the deliverers/saviors). The entire Quran is a salvation and guidance for whoever believes in it and acts upon what is in it. Restricting recitation to only these surahs or verses, to the exclusion of others, is considered a form of abandoning the Quran.
