Did Ibn al-Qayyim permit breaking the fast during Ramadan due to intense lust and inserting "al-ikrinbaj" into a woman's vagina due to extreme sexual excitement?

Ibn Al-Qayyim ascribed to the Hanbalis the permissibility for a woman to use the "Ikrumbuj" (masturbate) in cases of necessity, but he himself did not permit it, citing the Prophet's guidance to fast when unable to marry.

As for arousing desire through imagination, if the imagined person is one's wife or bondswoman, there is no harm. However, if it is a foreign (non-mahram) person, it is disliked.

Ibn Al-Qayyim also mentioned that Imam Ahmad permitted breaking the fast for one overcome by desire and fearing harm, on condition that he feed a poor person if he does not expect to be able to make up the fast; otherwise, he must make it up.
