A man's statement to a woman, "You are my wife before Allah," or similar phrases, is a manipulative and devilish trick to legitimize what is unlawful. It is adultery resulting from a sinful relationship, and what is incumbent is to hasten with sincere repentance. It is not permissible to abort this fetus at any stage; rather, it is the killing of a soul without just cause. There is no harm in your marriage according to after repentance and after the womb is cleared by giving birth, and this child is attributed to you, not to the fornicator.
