Is an oath or vow to stop using a cream, mousse, or similar products considered a form of stubbornness (lajaj), and what is the ruling on using them afterward?

If someone swears to do something or to refrain from doing something, and the object of the oath is not forbidden, then if they break the oath, an expiation for an oath (kaffarat yamin) becomes obligatory upon them. Similarly, for a "lajaj" vow (a vow made in anger or to urge oneself or others to do or not do something), if one vows to do something or to refrain from doing something for the purpose of urging it or preventing it, then if they break the vow, they are given a choice between fulfilling what they vowed or offering an expiation for an oath. As for a vow to abstain from something permissible, on the stronger opinion, nothing is obligatory therein, even though some scholars have made an expiation for an oath obligatory for it.
