How valid is seeing the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in a dream, with a request to disseminate this information? And what is the ruling and response to whoever makes such a claim?

Seeing the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in a dream is permissible legally and rationally. It is one of the good visions, and Satan cannot appear in his form, peace and blessings be upon him. So, whoever sees him has truly seen him. Scholars differed regarding seeing him in a form other than his true description: some said that the person did not truly see him, while others said it is a true vision, which is the view preferred by Ibn Hajar. As for the circulated messages attributed to the servant of the Prophetic Chamber concerning the dissemination of such visions, they are false and a lie.
