Is it permissible to marry one's female cousin (daughter of the maternal aunt) if medical examinations show the probability of giving birth to children afflicted with a hereditary disease (incomplete bone development), especially since only three out of her aunt's eleven children survived, despite both parties' desire to marry?

Marriage to relatives is permissible if there is love between the two parties. This is supported by the fact that Allah permitted the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, to marry his relatives, and the Messenger married his daughters to their paternal cousins. What is said about the harms of marrying relatives is not universally true, and doctors differ on the matter. If both parties are healthy, there is no objection to their marriage. If there is a weakness in one of them, they must inform the other, and if the other agrees, their marriage is permissible.
