What is the ruling on the ablution (wudu') of one who works with shoes, and adhesive materials stick to his fingers that he cannot remove with water?

Among the conditions for the validity of ablution (wudu') is the removal of anything that prevents water from reaching the skin; otherwise, neither the ablution nor the prayer would be valid. However, if a person works in a field where it is impossible for them to avoid getting the hindering substance on their ablutionary organs, and they cannot remove it except with extreme difficulty or significant harm, then they are excused for what they are unable to remove, and their ablution is valid despite the presence of residues of this substance. They must take precautions as much as possible to prevent this substance from getting on their body, as it is a strong barrier that prevents water from directly reaching the skin.
