Is it permissible to complete university studies by cheating in all exams?

If a person cheated in previous exams and repented from cheating, and performed well in their most recent studies, that is sufficient for them, and there will be no sin upon them regarding their certificate. The determining factor is the final year in which the certificate is obtained.
