What are the regulations for forums, may Allah reward you?

Forums and free platforms on the internet are a means of conveying the word, and means are judged by their ends. So, whatever leads to the forbidden is forbidden, and whatever is for the support of religion and the exaltation of truth, and does not contain any Shariah violations, is correct. The regulations for establishing and joining them are the Shariah regulations, namely that they should not contain anything forbidden or lead to negligence of rights and waste of duties.
