How is inheritance distributed among the deceased's heirs, namely: two sons, one daughter, and one wife?

If the heirs are limited to the wife, sons, and a daughter, the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, and the children receive the remainder, with the male receiving the share of two females. Thus, the estate is divided into 40 shares: the wife receives 5 shares, each son receives 14 shares, and the daughter receives 7 shares. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for precise investigation, as there might be wills, debts, or other rights that could affect the division.
