What is the amount due to the driver who did not adhere to the agreement and left the teachers after only one week of starting work?

Scholars have differed regarding the entitlement of a worker who has not completed his task to the wage. The Hanbalis are of the opinion that he is not entitled to anything, while the majority view is that he is entitled to a wage commensurate with the work he has done. The contract is binding on both parties, and neither party may unilaterally terminate it except with the consent of the other. If the worker insists on terminating the contract, he bears the damage resulting therefrom, and it shall be deducted from his dues.
