Was Al-Uzza, which Khalid ibn al-Walid destroyed, a graven stone, a woman, or a woman inside a stone?

Al-Uzza was an idol demolished by Khalid ibn al-Walid (may Allah be pleased with him). Ibn Hajar, Ibn Kathir, and Ibn al-Qayyim all recounted its story. A female jinn resided in it. When Khalid demolished it and returned to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the Prophet asked him if he had seen anything. He replied in the negative, so the Prophet ordered him to return to it. When he returned, a black woman with disheveled hair, wailing, came out to him. He struck her with his sword, saying, "O Uzza, disbelief in you, not glorification of you, for I have seen that Allah has humiliated you."
