Should one heed a dream or an inner feeling of comfort after Salatul-Istikharah, especially when the dream involved drinking wine and being chased by a dog, concerning the wish for a non-Muslim man's guidance to Islam?

What a sleeper sees is divided into: a vision from Allah, intimidation from Satan, and self-talk. This categorization is supported by prophetic traditions (hadiths). If a Muslim sees a dream he dislikes, he should follow these etiquettes: He should know that it is from Satan, seek refuge with Allah from Satan and the evil of the dream, spit lightly to his left three times, not narrate it to anyone, turn over from his side, and stand up to pray. If he adheres to this, the disliked dream will not harm him.
