The answer

Smoking hashish is forbidden and a reprehensible act, and one must repent from it by quitting, regretting, and resolving never to return to it.

As for swearing off it by saying " and ":

- If it was said in a state of extreme anger that caused loss of awareness, then there is no consequence.

- If it was said in a state of anger that did not remove awareness, then what was intended takes effect: - If talaq (divorce) was intended, then it counts as two divorces. - If Dhihar was intended, then Dhihar and talaq have occurred. - If an oath was intended, or if nothing specific was intended, then it requires expiation for a broken oath (kaffarat ).

It is advisable to present the matter to the court for a ruling.
