Is it sufficient to fast thirty days intermittently for someone who vowed to fast for a month for the sake of Allah the Almighty, without specifying it?

If a person vows to fast for an entire month without specifying which, they have two options:

1. To fast for a lunar month (hilālī month), in which case continuity is required, and it is sufficient even if the month is twenty-nine days long.

2. To fast for thirty days by count, and they are permitted to separate these days.

Thus, they have the choice between fasting for a lunar month tied to the moon's sighting, or fasting for thirty days, whether consecutively or separately.
