What is the ruling on going with the driver inside the city to the hospital, when there is a chronic illness and no companion?

A woman is not permitted to go alone with a foreign driver due to the forbidden seclusion that results from it. The woman must strive to avoid this seclusion by having another person accompany her. If this is not possible and there is a necessity to go with him (such as to a hospital), then there is no objection to it, on the basis that necessities permit the forbidden, while warding off temptation.
