What is the ruling of Islam regarding girls who openly sell their bodies in stores in Europe while claiming to be Muslim, and those among them who practice lesbianism or sodomy, and what should be done about them, and who is responsible for them?

Islam has forbidden fornication, indecencies, and their مقدمات (preliminaries), such as free mixing, handshakes, and unrestrained gazing between the sexes. It has also commanded women to stay in their homes and forbidden their travel without a mahram (definition) (unmarriageable kin), all to preserve chastity. What some Muslims do in Europe by committing indecencies is a clear violation of the Sharia (definition), and they deserve punishment and scorn from Allah unless they deem these acts permissible, in which case they would be disbelievers. Muslims in general must admonish and guide them, and the wealthy among them must help the poor. Guardians must prevent those under their care from committing these indecencies.
