Is the marriage considered void if the wife concealed information about her past before the marriage, and how is she divorced in this case?

My Muslim brother, may Allah reward you for helping this woman embrace Islam; you will receive a great reward for that. You must treat her based on her embracing Islam and have a good opinion of her. As for her illegitimate children, her conversion to Islam erases what came before it, and they can be cared for and raised in an Islamic environment.

Regarding the marriage contract, if it fulfills its pillars, it is valid even if it is not officially documented. If you wish to separate from her, you must divorce her verbally or in writing, informing her and having two witnesses. However, if the contract was invalid, you must clarify how it was concluded to determine the appropriate procedure.

We advise you, if you are able, to keep your wife and her two children and care for them in a Muslim country, where she can live in an Islamic environment and contribute to spreading Islam.
