Is performing a hysterectomy on a female dog—out of concern that she may bear unwanted offspring that might be abandoned—considered altering Allah's creation, thereby incurring Allah's wrath?

It is forbidden to keep and raise dogs except out of necessity. It is also forbidden to remove an animal's uterus except out of necessity. What was mentioned does not justify removing the uterus, and repentance and seeking forgiveness are incumbent for this act.
