Is it permissible to marry a Christian girl who is not a virgin, knowing that she wishes to convert to Islam? And is it permissible to marry her despite the parents' objection due to her not being a virgin?

It is not permissible to exchange love with a non-mahram woman (a woman who is not a close relative whom one is forbidden to marry), because it may lead to indecency. It is permissible to marry a woman from the People of the Book if she has repented from adultery and become chaste; before that, it is not permissible. If the conditions for marriage are met, it is permissible to marry her even if she remains in her religion, provided that her guardian is her father or her closest male relative from her own religion. If there is no such guardian, or if he refuses, the Muslim judge or the head of the Islamic center may marry her. One must obey one's parents in not marrying this woman, unless one fears falling into disobedience to Allah the Almighty.
